Meet Our CEO
Hello, my name is Bret P. Watkins. I am the President, Owner, Sole Proprietor, and CEO of Structure House Recovery. I started this business in June of 2021. My vision for Structure House Recovery is to provide a safe environment for clients who are serious about their recovery.
I tell my clients when they walk through the doors that they are family and I want them to feel at home. It is my vision to offer a level of care where we focus on kindness, caring, compassion, and grace. We live by the motto, “We are here to fight addiction: not each other.” I will do everything within my ability to ensure the success of our clients.
We are a faith-based, state-registered substance abuse program. Our program is MAT friendly. We provide services to those who are ready to overcome the disease of addiction and acclimate back into society.

Weekly & Random Drug Screening
Our clients undergo weekly and random drug screening to ensure they are in compliance with the program.
Assessments
Meet with one of our licensed therapist and be placed in either Intensive Outpatient Classes or Outpatient Classes
Psychiatric Assessments
Meet with one of our partner vendors to determine your medication and behavioral health needs and ensure you are receiving the best of care.
Medication Management
We do not administer your medication but we will keep it safe and secure while we monitor your intake on a daily basis.
Diagnosis
Meet with our licensed therapist for for an evaluation and diagnosis with either Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD), Behavioral Health or both.
Individual Treatment Plans
Receive individual counseling with a therapist who will set long and short term goals to aid in your personalized recovery journey.
Orientation
We do not administer your medication but we will keep it safe and secure while we monitor your intake on a daily basis.
Outpatient Counseling
If you progress in the program and decide to continue services after program completion you can meet with our therapists outside of the program.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP is a 16 week program (3-hour group based sessions held 4 days per week) with one of our professional licensed therapists. You are able to work once you complete your clinical assessment.
Outpatient Program (OP)
This is a continuation of our IOP classes, These 2-hour classes are held 2 days a week in addition to our peer support classes. you are required to work and pay a program fee of $125 per week.
Case Management
Case managers assist with insurance & SNAP assistance, schedule healthcare appointments, assist with court dates, obtain birth certificates, IDs & other necessary documents.
On-Site Certified Peer Support
Nearly 90% of our peer support specialists are former clients who have completed our program. They are always available and ready to help those who are serious about their recovery.
Crisis Intervention
Our staff is always ready to help if you are feeling depressed, hopeless or experiencing a crisis. We are there for you in your time of need.
Referral and Collaboration
We offer resources through our network of outside vendors for a variety of services to ensure you receive the care you need on all levels.
Telehealth Services
If you or our staff are unable to meet in person, we offer virtual telehealth service to allow us to meet virtually and ensure you receive the care you need.
DOC Approved
Approved and certified by the Department of Corrections, any classes participated in while in our program will count toward your requirements by the court, drug court, probation, and parole.
Sober Living
We have male and female sober living facilities to accommodate clients that need housing throughout the recovery process.

Structure House Recovery provides treatment for a range of addictions, including drug and alcohol addiction, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. The facility offers a comprehensive approach to addiction treatment, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of recovery. The staff at the facility is highly trained and experienced in working with individuals in recovery, and they provide personalized care and support to each individual.
We have a simple billing system that allows us to work with your insurance companies to provide your services to you, worry free.

Program House Bill 284
Department of Corrections
Program House Bill 284 went it to effect July 15, 2020. This new law amended KRS 439.268 and allows the Department of Corrections to offer clients that are currently under the supervision of Probation and Parole (P&P) Program Good Time Credit (PGTC) for programs completed on or after August 1, 2020.
PGTC is an incentive that allows SUD clients to earn time off their court-ordered sentence and reduce their amount of time under supervision with P&P. Effective August 1, 2020, Department of Correction (DOC) Approved Programs and will be eligible for the credit.
This legislation enables DOC the opportunity to offer clients additional treatment options with the benefit of earning PGTC outside of current contracted programs. DOC Approved Providers will be listed on the website and are qualified to receive referrals from DOC Addiction Services to administer evaluations, treatment, and assessment services to clients on misdemeanor supervision, pre-trial diversion, probation, MRS (mandatory reentry supervision), and parole.
PGTC eligible programs include the following levels of care:
Level II
Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) or partial hospitalization
Level III
Residential clinically managed or medically monitored intensive inpatient treatment
Level IV
Residential clinically managed or medically monitored intensive inpatient treatment
28 Days - 59 Days
Equals 30 days of PGTC
60 Days - 90 Days
Equals 60 days of PGTC
91 Days - 180 Days
Equals 90 days of PGTC
